Q: How to place orders ?
1.Tell us the models, quantity and flavors and other requirement, then we will send price to you.
2.the PI will be sent to you after you confirm the order details.
Q: How about the after-sales service?
1.The Shion e cigarette has 12 months warranty after shipment except human factors.
2.All the products are strictly checked before packinig,ensure the defective rate is less than 1%.
3.In case any defective occured during transportation or by improper use,
we will send you replacements in your next order.In case the defective is over 1%,all the defective products should be returned for replacements.
4.Buyer is responsiable for the shipping of return and seller is responsiable for the shipping of resending replacements.
Q: What's your lead time?
Generally speaking, our regular standard product will need 15-20 days, a bit longer for customized products. But we are very flexible on the lead time, it will depend on the specific orders. For items in stock, the time will be within 2 workdays.
